while i was queuing up in the bank, i took special notice of those customer service officers working.

out of 5 of dem working, only one smiled constantly while working.

my first impression of her was good.

after noticing her for a while, i realised that she was still quite new at work.

she need to consult her colleagues about some info and that reminded me of myself.

but i tot "it is inevitable to not noe alot of info while working".

in the midst of observing her , i did not take much notice about her colleague who was sitting 2 positions to her right.

there were some small quarrels between the officer n the customers.

in the end, the customer got angry and pressed "unsatisfied" as the feedback and told her husband "press more press more".

the customer service officer got pissed and replied "press lah!"

little things observed could actually make me reflect on what they could have done and that did gimme some simple reminder at work.
